Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Account Manager based in Pitești, Romania. The Corporate Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with corporate clients, generating business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction, and representing the hotel at networking events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong skills in Relationship Building, Client Management, and Negotiation
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other Sales Management software
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with diverse teams
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
