Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Account Manager at Ramada by Wyndham Piteşti, located in Piteşti. The Corporate Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with corporate clients, managing customer accounts, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include presenting and promoting hotel services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires an ability to meet sales goals and maintain a strong rapport with clients while supporting the team in achieving overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sales strategies in the hospitality industry or related sectors
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
