• Studies and understand in detail the works that will be performed in the contract with the beneficiary;
• Prepares pre-accounting for each type of work: prefabrication and pipe installation works, metal structure, painting, insulation, etc;
• Prepares the payment statements for the works to the clients, according to the requirements of each contract;
• Keep in touch with the other departments in the organization, so that they know the status of the works and the additional works that have appeared;
• Checks the work situations of the subcontractors, so that they are in accordance with the requirements of the contract;
• Estimates the costs of maintenance works;
• Elaborates the offers in order to negotiate the works;
• Prepares and check the related documentation for the offers;
• Prepare the detailed cost estimation for various projects and analyze the requirements that are necessary for the offers’ preparation;
• Updates offers based on new data;
• Updates the costs of the works according to new data;
• Maintains the database and keeps the documents related to the payment of the orders;
• Prepares various reports for management.

The ideal candidate should have Technical studies or extensive knowledge of engineering principles and concepts and at least 5 years’ experience in the cost estimation field.
