MINDTHEGAP is seeking a detail-driven, relationship-first Account Manager to support and grow our global network of trade clients, retailers, and design professionals.
You’ll be the trusted point of contact for some of our most valued partners, ensuring their experience is seamless, informed, and always on-brand.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day communications with clients.
Provide product guidance, order support, and brand education.
Maintain accurate client records and monitor order status through CRM/ERP tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers worldwide.
Guide clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups.
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Handle customer feedback professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling while always prioritizing customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
Track performance KPIs and support reporting.
Maintain accurate client records and monitor order status through our tools.

Experience in client-facing roles (sales support, acoount coordination)
Strong communication, warm, professional and interpersonal skills.
A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
Meticulous with detail, timelines, and follow-up.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM platforms or other order systems is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
