• The ideal candidate brings a structured approach to the "organized chaos" of creative services, ensuring that complex assets move seamlessly from concept to delivery without compromising on timeline or quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Governance: Lead the full project management lifecycle for a high volume of creative projects, applying traditional project models to ensure successful initiation, execution, and closing.
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing detailed timelines, resource mapping, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Traffic & Workflow: Act as the central hub for routing and trafficking creative work products between Creative Services and internal client teams.
• Operational Excellence: Administer critical team logistics, including meeting cadences, precise documentation of minutes, and diligent follow-up on action items.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Foster collaboration across departments, managing the expectations of internal customers, creative teams, and external vendors.
• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks or team conflicts, resolving issues through open communication and alignment with overarching project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Define and oversee project measures of success, ensuring all deliverables adhere to industry standards and organizational policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Traditional PM Expertise: Proven experience in formal project management roles (PMP or similar methodology exposure is a plus).
• Creative Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of creative processes, asset types, and the specific steps required to produce high-quality design and marketing content.
• Process-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a "no-stone-left-unturned" approach to documentation and follow-up.
