We are currently looking for an Customer Care Representative to join our team! As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing correct and important logistic information towards our clients. As single point of contact, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Acknowledge and resolve customer issues
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments
• Communicate and collaborate with team members
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree/or student
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English, minimum B2
• Problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
