What you will do in this role

As a Customer Compliance Advisor on our team, you will:

• 
  
• Provide personalized customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  
• Assess customer needs and guide them ti appropriate products or services
  
• Monitor customer accounts for compliance risks and escalate concerns when necessary
  
• Conduct Customer Due Dilligence by verifying identification and ensuring compliance
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring regulatory adherence
  
• Keep on learning and advancing your career through our continuous development programs 
  

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have medium English skills (B2 level)
  
• Are available for night shifts
  
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  
• Have good PC Skills
  
• Are available to work from our office in Galati
  

 Schedule: 

• 
  
• Training + first 6 months : Monday-Friday 11:00 – 20:00
  
• After 6 months : Wednesday - Friday, 17:00 - 02:00 AM and Saturday & Sunday 10:00 to 19:00 
  
• After 9 months : Wednesday - Friday 21:00 - 06:00 AM and Saturday & Sunday : 14:00 to 23:00
