Ideal profile:

• technical degree.

• minimum 1-2 years' experience in the field of quality, preferably in the automotive industry.

• knowledge about ISO 9001; ️️︄︅︈︈︈︆︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, 8D.

• certification as an internal auditor (constitutes an advantage).

• good PC skills.

• advanced knowledge of English and / or German.

• knowledge of quality and environment management.

• communication skills, organization, own initiative.

• analytical spirit, ability to work autonomously and make decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Customer claim management – for nonconforming parts returned from ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀customer, 0km and field.

• Monitoring of defined KPI’s for customer claim management process.

• Handling of non-conforming parts: blocking / unblocking.

• Coordinate sorting activities in house or external.

• Performing audits in the manufacturing area, covering the processes according to annual master plan.

• Reporting the quality status of customer claims, according to the defined report
