QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in automotive quality.
• Strong understanding of: 8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
• Advanced English Level

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve as the main quality contact for customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, audits, and quality reviews.
• Communicate quality performance metrics and improvement plans to customers.
• Support customer launches and production transfers.
• Customer Complaint Management
• Receive, investigate, and respond to customer complaints.
• Lead problem-solving activities using methodologies such as: 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Ishikawa (Fishbone) Diagrams, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Ensure timely containment, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Quality Performance Monitoring
• Track customer PPM performance.
• Prepare customer quality reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with: IATF 16949, ISO 9001
