What you will do
•Understand customer requests and match them to Colt’s product offerings with support from Sales and Solution Engineers.
•Assist with transactional sales activities, contract renewals, and sales projects for dedicated accounts.
•Coordinate pricing, quoting, and ordering activities - ensuring speed and accuracy.
•Collaborate with internal teams to create error-free orders so customers get exactly what they need.
•Communicate regularly with customers in clear, jargon-free language.
•Manage emails from internal and external customers efficiently, coordinating with teams to deliver timely resolutions.
•Lead customer meetings focused on account management topics.
•Educate customers on our systems and tools, empowering them to self-serve via the Colt Portal.
•Ensure invoicing disputes follow policy and are resolved promptly.
•Help measure and improve customer satisfaction.
•Proactively escalate any risks to meeting customer expectations.
