- Ensuring customer service and sending orders to the warehouse on the required delivery date.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant process standards and customer requirements.
- Monitoring deliveries, analyzing the causes of any issues, and ensuring corrective actions are taken in the event of delivery problems and/or logistics complaints.
- Validating customer orders and coordinating with Demand Planning and Production Planning in the event of forecast variations. Processing orders submitted by HTM customers and ensuring they are correctly entered into the SAP system.
- Communicating with customers in the event of any deviations from mutually agreed-upon orders so that they have the most up-to-date information regarding orders and their completion status at all times.
- Escalating issues that cannot be resolved directly with the customer, in accordance with the internal escalation procedure.
- Provide department team members and management team with the data they request regarding: customer order forecasts, changes to customer orders, the status of current orders versus planned quantities, and production and/or delivery delays; information regarding inventories of finished products, subassemblies, and raw materials, whenever requested and in a timely manner.
- Maintain constant contact with the central logistics/sales department (Hirschmann Automotive – Rankweil) and ensure receipt of the latest information regarding logistical changes and commercial agreements with customers/suppliers, as well as compliance with specific customer requirements that are available and agreed upon at the group level.
