We are looking for a Customer Service in our Telecom factory in Slatina.
Main Responsibilities Include

• Understand customer needs and translating them into best possible service.
• Co-operate with plant’s logistics and operation to meet customer expectations
• Keep customer up to speed with their orders
• Provide guidance to the sales team on capacity and capability of the factory, as well as a realistic order execution date.
  

Other Skills

• Positive/Can do attitude
• Good interaction with clients and colleagues
• PC proficiency, particularly MS office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience in SAP is plus.
