Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position︂︂︉︆︎︈︎︁︋︄︈︁︁︎︎︈︌︊︇︃︎︂️︊︌︄︇︍︄︂︃
• Knowledge of using MS Office
• Familiarity with import, export, transit and special customs procedures, especially textiles
• Experience in collaborating with customs authorities and other relevant institutions
• Knowledge of tariff classification of goods (TARIC codes), rules of origin and customs value
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Experience in preparing and verifying customs documentation (commercial invoices, CMR, packing list, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Knowledge of legislation and recent changes in the customs field
• Good work organization, independence in planning and performing tasks
• Ability to adapt to a dynamically changing work environment and the ability to work under time pressure
• Driving license category B. - is mandatory - often visits to the customs office are a must
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level

• Management of import and export customs
• Preparation of customs documentation
• Administrative work related to the flow and archiving of documents
• Cooperation with customs and tax offices and customs agencies
• Supporting other departments of the company in the field of customs regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of all customs transactions
• Identifying potential customs risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable customs laws and regulations in Romania
