JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have a golden voice that turns cold calls into hot deals? Are you a B2B appointment-setting pro who thrives on smashing targets? If yes, then keep reading —this job is for YOU!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of solid, hands-on experience in B2B appointment setting (not cumulative).
✅ Experience in selling services, software, or SaaS is a big plus!
✅ A natural conversation starter and closer who can connect with decision-makers.
✅ A go-getter with grit, confidence, and a hunger to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dialing & connecting: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Scale-X Solutions.
- Qualifying leads: Identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers.
- Booking appointments: Get our Business Development Managers in front of the right people.
- Smashing targets: Meet (or better yet, exceed) your daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Keeping records: Update the CRM with accurate details after every call.
- Working smart: Collaborate with the team to fine-tune our outreach strategies.
