Your scope of work:

• driving profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established objectives in sales KPI’s
• managing all areas of the store (operational, team, processes)
• building a strong, high-performing team by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• organizing and planning of the team’s working time, executing store routines and tasks
• responsibility for the inventory process and loss prevention area
• administration of the store documentation (sales, personnel, financial)
• processing and displaying the product according to the standards
• developing relationships with business partners (Operations, HR, Marketing, Security and Loss Prevention dep.)
