To support our development, we are looking for a Design Engineer in our Industrialization Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Design Engineer’s main mission is to support production efficiency and technical development by designing, improving, and implementing equipment, tools, and processes. The role contributes to increasing safety, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring smooth integration of new and existing machinery. The position works closely with production, maintenance, quality, and external suppliers in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

New Equipment Development & Process Improvement

• Conduct technical studies and design mechanical solutions in line with engineering standards.
• Define specifications for machine development or modification (including subcontractor briefing).
• Follow up on machine design, manufacturing, and implementation with external partners.
• Prepare installation conditions (layout, energy, utilities).
• Develop equipment usage instructions and operating standards.
• Plan and conduct training for employees on correct machine use.
• Participate in analyzing machine breakdowns and proposing corrective actions.

Product Variant & Version Management

• Analyze the impact of new product versions on factory processes and equipment.
• Coordinate validation procedures and risk assessment activities.
• Update instructions for new product versions.
• Adjust and set up machines for proper production flow.
• Collaborate with Quality to monitor and control performance results.

Project Participation & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Support project meetings and daily information exchange.
• Contribute to efficiency, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure knowledge sharing with team leaders, operators, and project stakeholders.

BACKGROUND :

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in design software: Solidworks (preferable) and/or Autocad, Creo, Catia
• Good understanding of industrial machinery, process flows, and project implementation.
• Significant experience in solution definition and design of mechanical systems.

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong project management capabilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working on the shop floor.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
