Design Quantity Responsible 📍 Sibiu–Pitești Motorway Project – Lot 3We are looking for a Design Quantity Responsible to join our team on the Sibiu–Pitești Motorway Project – Lot 3. If you have experience in quantity surveying, design coordination, and cost management within construction projects, we look forward to receiving your application.Responsibilities:During tender phase (Collaborate with head office to):builds the archives of quantities to be managed by sharing them with the Designers and the Bidding Function;Draws up the summaries of the metric calculations and the relevant exports to be used during the tendering phase;Verifies the consistency of the quantities declared by the customer with the tender design;Prepares and/or verifies the metric calculations related to the tender criteria prepared by the designers, providing for their possible integration;Prepares the metric calculations of the Value Engineering options studied during the tender, allowing the quantification and subsequent evaluation of any technical-economic opportunities.During execution phase:Assure the general supervision of the application of the company guidelines concerning the management of the project quantity monitoring Assure the provision to the Starting Project the metric calculations and economic frameworks developed during the tender phaseCreate and organize of shared spaces with the Designers and the Project Team within the corporate cloud, for storage of tender quantities and for the performance of the Quantities Design Development (in its various levels);verify of the correct adoption by the site Team of the IT tools and guidelines inherent to the management of the monitoring of the project quantitiesrandom checking of the calculations produced by the Designers and the relevant “Comparison Sheets”supporting the analysis of the “Comparison Sheets”, whether they are produced by the Designers or the site technical teams. RequirementsBachelor’s or master Degree in Engineering Experience of at least 5 years in infrastructure projects and Construction Engineering practices Fluent English (knowledge of Romanian will be a plus);Excellent knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of Software STR Vision CPM suites will be a plus);Predisposition to teamwork;Willingness to travel nationally (on-site visits).Construction engineering - advanced Show more Show less
