Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Design campaigns, journeys, and integrated tactics
• Architect audiences, segmentation, personalization, workflows, scoring, etc.
• Direct analytics and optimization of campaigns
• Build, modify, and troubleshoot campaigns within marketing automation platforms
• Possibly expand campaign execution team
• Define and implement tracking, tagging, attribution, and integrations
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns
• Manage CRM systems and other data sources
• Leverage other marketers, technologists, and creative specialists
• Assist in the acquisition of new clients by devising high-level solutions and ideas
• Build and grow relationships with clients based on results, innovation, and trust
• Continuous development of personal and group skills, knowledge, and capabilities
