Position Summary

The Director – IT Infrastructure & Security will lead the design, stabilization, and

transformation of the organization’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity landscape.

This role is accountable for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology

operations across all business locations, while building a modern, cloud-enabled, and

policy-driven IT environment.

This is a build-and-stabilize leadership role requiring strong execution discipline and

technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Leadership & Modernization

- Own enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers,

endpoints, and cloud platforms

- Standardize infrastructure across locations

- Establish lifecycle management for devices and systems

- Drive hybrid/cloud-first architecture where appropriate

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

- Lead enterprise cybersecurity program aligned to business

risk

- Implement endpoint protection, identity management, and

access controls

- Deploy Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and DLP capabilities

- Manage vulnerability assessments and incident response

Enterprise Data Protection Program

- Execute device lockdown and data protection strategy

- Drive OneDrive/cloud-based data migration

- Eliminate local data dependencies

- Ensure business continuity while enforcing controls

Operations & Service Management

- Establish Plan–Build–Run model

- Implement Incident, Change, and Problem Management

- Drive SLA-based delivery and KPIs

Vendor & Asset Management

- Rationalize vendors and procurement processes

- Standardize device configurations

- Implement asset lifecycle and cost control

Plant IT & OT Collaboration

- Support secure integration of PLCs and shop floor systems

- Balance IT security with operational continuity

Team Leadership

- Build and lead infrastructure & security team

- Define accountability and performance metrics

- Develop internal capability

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure regulatory and audit compliance

- Implement IT controls and policies

- Maintain audit readiness
