We’re partnering with a cutting-edge company in the 5G / telecom infrastructure space that’s building next-generation networking solutions powering industrial automation, enterprise AI, and private 5G environments.


They’re seeking a Director of Sales Engineering who can operate at the intersection of sales, engineering, and commercialization, someone who can bring structure to complex, technical sales cycles and help convert pilots into revenue.


Pay: $85/hr

Location: Onsite - Chatwsworth, CA

Type: Long-Term Contract (through end of year)


What You’ll Own

  • Building and optimizing sales operations infrastructure (CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting)
  • Driving pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy to support executive decision-making
  • Owning pilot programs / POCs and helping convert them into commercial opportunities
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, and FAEs to support technical deployments and customer evaluations
  • Improving deal velocity and overall sales effectiveness through process optimization and data hygiene
  • Coordinating cross-functional workflows across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Supporting proposal development, contract tracking, and deal execution
  • Operationalizing channel and partner programs, including tracking partner-driven pipeline
  • Contributing to global sales efforts across the U.S., Asia, and Canada


What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, technical sales support, or commercial operations within telecom, networking, or related tech
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, pipeline reporting, and forecasting
  • Proven ability supporting complex, technical sales cycles (enterprise / infrastructure / hardware + software)
  • Experience coordinating technical resources (FAEs, solution architects) for pilots and trials
  • Exposure to channel / partner ecosystems and global sales environments
