About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Disputes Support Specialist with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for our awesome office in Sibiu, Romania (on site).
The Disputes Support Specialist plays a key role in protecting both our customers and our business by managing payment disputes raised by end-users of our B2B operators. This role ensures that disputes are handled efficiently, fairly, and with a strong focus on resolution and customer experience.
By owning the end-to-end dispute process, the Disputes Support Specialist helps minimize financial risk, maintain trust with our partners, and support a seamless payments experience. This position directly contributes to our mission of delivering reliable, high-quality service while enabling our operators to focus on growing their business with confidence.
What you will do

• Review each dispute and determine the strongest defense strategy
• Prepare and submit compelling evidence through Stripe
• Organize proof (screenshots, communication logs)
• Craft clear, compelling responses that directly address and challenge the stated reason codes
