Short Information The District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT), Chatra, Jharkhand, is inviting applications for the recruitment of various clinical and non-clinical professionals on a contractual basis. This includes significant opportunities for Pharmacists, Medical Officers, Specialists, GNM, and other paramedical staff. Important Notes & Eligibility Criteria Category Definitions Gen (General), SC (Scheduled Castes), ST (Scheduled Tribes), BC-I (Backward Class-I), BC-II (Backward Class-II), and EWS (Economically Weaker Section) as per the Government of Jharkhand. General Qualification Note Qualifications must be from an institution recognized by MCI or equivalent. MCI Registration Candidates for Medical/Specialist posts must have valid Medical Council of India (MCI) registration. Jharkhand Domicile Candidates claiming reservation under Jharkhand State must submit a valid caste certificate in the prescribed format.
How to Apply

• This is an OFFLINE application process.
• Download the prescribed application form from the official website: https://chatra.nic.in/.
• Fill out the application form completely and accurately.
• Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents (detailed below) along with a recent passport-size photograph (signed across).
• The envelope containing the application must be clearly superscribed with “Application for the Post of [Specific Post Name] under DMFT, Chatra” (e.g., “Application for the Post of Pharmacist under DMFT, Chatra”).
• Submit the complete application form either by hand or through Registered/Speed Post to the following address:

• The application must reach the office on or before 01.09.2025, till 05:00 PM. Applications received after the deadline will be rejected.
  

Documents To Be Attached (Self-attested Copies)

• Matriculation Certificate (as proof of age).
• All Mark Sheets and Certificates from Matriculation onwards.
• MBBS Degree Certificate and valid registration with MCI/State Medical Council (if applicable).
• Experience Certificate(s), if applicable.
• “No Objection Certificate” from the Employer (If Applicable).
• Copy of Registration Certificate issued by MCI (if applicable).
• Domicile Certificate.
• Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates).
• Income Certificate (for EWS category candidates).
• Recent passport-size photograph (signed across).
• Aadhar Card.
• Any other relevant document necessary for explaining experience.
  

Hiring Process & General Instructions Hiring Process Personnel Interview (100 marks). Selection will be based on marks obtained in the interview. Candidates must bring the printout of the application form and all original documents/certificates along with self-attested one-set copies at the time of the interview. Contractual Nature The service is purely on a contractual basis for one year and is a full-time role. The contract may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance. There will be no claim for regularization of the position. Probation Period Performance will be reviewed after three months of the contract. A successful probation period of three months is mandatory to qualify for further service, extendable by 1 to 3 months for unsatisfactory performance. Termination Clause Employment may be terminated by giving one-month prior notice if performance is not satisfactory. The contract will be terminated if the Jharkhand government deploys staff in the said vacancy. No TA/DA No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
