Short Information The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), Station HQ, Panaji (Goa), invites applications from eligible candidates to engage Medical, Para-Medical, and Non-Medical staff on a contractual basis. These positions are for the ECHS Polyclinics in Panaji & Sindhudurg for a period of one year. Key vacancies include roles for Pharmacists, Dental Officers, Nursing Assistants, and more. Interested candidates must submit their applications by 28 August 2025. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen.

Appointment Minimum Qualification & Work Experience No. of Vacancies Fixed Remuneration (Per Month) Officer in charge, Sindhudurg Graduate, Min 5 Yrs work experience in health care institutions or Managerial positions 01 Rs. 75,000/- Dental Offr, Sindhudurg BDS, Min 05 yrs work experience 01 Rs. 75,000/- Pharmacist, Panaji B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR 10+2 with Science from a recognized board & Approved Diploma in Pharmacy. Registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948. Min 3 yrs work experience. 01 Rs. 28,100/- Pharmacist, Sindhudurg B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR 10+2 with Science from a recognized board & Approved Diploma in Pharmacy. Registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948. Min 3 yrs work experience. 01 Rs. 28,100/- Nur Asst, Sindhudurg GNM Diploma/ Class I Nursing assistant course (Armed Forces), min 05 Yrs work experience 01 Rs. 28,100/- Dental A/T/H, Panaji Diploma holder in Dental Hyg/Class-I DH/DORA course (Armed Forces), Min 05 yrs work experience 01 Rs. 28,100/- Dental A/T/H, Sindhudurg Diploma holder in Dental Hyg/Class-I DH/DORA course (Armed Forces), Min 05 yrs work experience 01 Rs. 28,100/- Amb Driver, Sindhudurg 8th class / Class 1 MT Driver (Armed Forces), Possesses a civil driving licence, min 05 Yrs work experience 01 Rs. 19,700/- Female Attendant, Panaji Literate, min 05 Yrs work experience 01 Rs. 16,800/- Female Attendant, Sindhudurg Literate, min 05 Yrs work experience 01 Rs. 16,800/- Safaiwala, Panaji Literate, min 05 Yrs work experience 01 Rs. 16,800/- Safaiwala, Sindhudurg Literate, min 05 Yrs work experience 01 Rs. 16,800/- Chowkidar, Sindhudurg Education Class 8th or GD Trade for Armed Forces 01 Rs. 16,800/-
How to Apply & Application Process

• The application process is OFFLINE.
• Download the prescribed application format from the official ECHS website: www.echs.gov.in.
• Fill the application form and attach self-attested photocopies of all testimonials supporting your educational qualifications and work experience.
• The complete application set must be submitted in duplicate (two sets).
• Submit the application to the address provided below before the deadline.
• Note: Any application received after 28 Aug 2025 at 14:00 hrs will not be accepted.

Documents Required at Interview
Candidates must bring all original certificates and documents for verification at the time of the interview, including:

• Discharge Book, PPO, Service Records (for Ex-Servicemen).
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
