In this role, you will support accounting, financial reporting, and control activities. You will work in an international and dynamic environment, contributing to accurate financial operations and continuous process improvement.

Your area of responsibility

·        Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payments, and bank transactions

·        Record financial transactions in the company’s ERP system (D365) in line with internal procedures

·        Operate and ensure compliance with the e-invoicing system (e-Factura / e-invoice)

·        Manage travel expenses and intercompany reconciliations within the group

·        Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and verify account balances

·        Support month-end and year-end closing processes

·        Perform day-to-day accounting entries in accordance with local regulations

·        Assist with audits and tax inspections

Our requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

·        3–5 years of relevant experience

·        Good knowledge of Romanian accounting legislation

·        Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)

·        Good command of English

·        Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
