Job SummaryThe EHS Lean Process Engineer focuses on improving workplace safety and ergonomics through preventive technical solutions and Lean principles.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify technical and ergonomic risks within production processes and work areas;Analyze workplace risks using EHS analysis tools and Lean principles;Develop and propose preventive technical solutions to reduce identified risks;Support improvements related to workplace safety and ergonomics;Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency while reducing operational risks;Collaborate with operations and relevant teams to implement technical and ergonomic improvements;Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify further improvement opportunities;Support the integration of safety and ergonomic considerations into process improvement initiatives;Complement traditional EHS activities through a preventive and process-focused approach.Your Profile3+ years of experience in EHS, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar technical role;Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment;Experience in identifying and reducing workplace safety and ergonomic risks;Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement practices;Experience in analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities for technical improvements;Experience in developing and implementing preventive technical solutions;Good English communication skills;Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment.Come join us and embark on a fascinating journey with Greenbrier!The Greenbrier Companies are equal employment opportunity employers.
