Location : PloiestiYou will report to Maintenance managerThis is the roleDeals with the design, implementation, maintenance and optimization of electrical systems.Ensure machines are operating at the required capacityInvolved in the preparation of the key performance indicator monitoring report for the maintenance departmentAnalyze the causes of defects and find solutions to prevent future failuresEnsure the execution of activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance planEnsure machine troubleshootingManage inventory and spare parts supplyAssist in the verification of subcontractorsMonitor subcontractors in terms of compliance with the highest quality standards and timely completion of activitiesAnalyze the factory maintenance plan and improve itCreate or modify work procedures taking into account feedback from maintenance techniciansDevelop technical solutions to maintenance-related problems to minimize the cost of a technical interventionDefines technical specifications and spare parts requirementsThis Is Who You AreTechnical university education : electrics, electronics, electro mechanicsMinimum 3 year experience in a similar positionStrong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic and mechanical systemsExperienced in working with maintenance costsAbility to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatical drawingsGood working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens)Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)Strong interpersonal skills, Integrity and responsibility, prioritizing skills, Communication, Team work, Planning & organizing, Initiative, Decision makingRomanian and EnglishThis Is Who We AreROCKWOOL.
