Main missions:

• Provide the manufacturing department with fully industrialized processes for all plant products, ensuring continuous process improvement in production.
• Contribute to product and process productivity optimization.
• Ensure the availability of industrial data for products under industrialization in order to define and maintain the plant master plan.
• Prepare the plant for future market requirements through effective industrial planning and development.
• Manage all activities related to Series Life Methods and specific production processes.
• Supervise the Maintenance and Tooling Department, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of equipment and tools.
• Lead missions and improvement actions within the area of expertise, in accordance with management instructions.
• Actively participate in the plant’s continuous improvement and development initiatives.

We are looking for a Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join a leading international automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on ensuring industrial excellence, process stability, and continuous improvement across production and maintenance activities.
Candidate profile:

• University degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in a managerial role within Maintenance and/or Engineering, ideally in the automotive industry (mandatory)
• Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, independence, and proactive mindset
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Good command of English for daily communication
• Advanced user of MS Office tools
