Candidate profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical engineering, driving/ executing on specific role responsibilities (detailed within job's responsibilities section), preferably in an international company
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role;
• Lean manufacturing/ Six sigma /Blackbelt / Lean Expert desirable
• Core tools knowledge and proven experience
• SAP working experience
• Fluent in English

Job description

• Coordinates the activity of defining the best production flow, by establishing the capacity for all technological processes and evaluating the installed capacity in relation to the customers' requirements (orders).
• Ensures the establishment of the best process parameters for obtaining the products requested by the customers, according to the customers' requirements.
• Ensures the establishment, standardization and improvement of technological processes and equipment at the plant level.
• Defines the preventive maintenance strategy, manages the preventive maintenance activity of the technical production equipment and tooling, including the methods of predictive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance so as to achieve the factory's objectives of productivity, cost, delivery.
• Facilitates the management and execution of new products and launch of new equipment in the production area
• Ensures the definition and control of preventive equipment maintenance programs, by planning preventive/predictive activities according to the best practices in the field
