• Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across the facility.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and EHS standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and perform root cause analyses.
• Support the development and delivery of EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
• Perform regular workplace inspections and safety observations to promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor environmental performance and support waste management and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response planning.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Prepare EHS reports, analyses, and performance indicators for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving workplace safety and environmental performance.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Why You?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You have experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• You have experience in ISU.
• You have knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation processes.
• You are familiar with environmental management practices, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• You have knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• You possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• You are proactive, result-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• You enjoy working closely with production teams and operational stakeholders.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• You are eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
