What will your job be?

• Ensuring workplace health and safety and protecting our employees during daily Operations.
• Preventing and resolving safety‑related issues on site.
• Monitoring, analysing and evaluating risks, and supporting the elimination of hazards.
• Planning and coordinating inspections of specialized equipment and facilities.
• Preparing and supporting projects aimed at improving the work environment, employee health & safety, and environmental protection.
• Delivering regular employee safety trainings.
• Managing and controlling HSE‑related documentation.
• Preparing reports and supporting internal/external audits.

What we expect from you

• Practical experience in health & safety within logistics or manufacturing.
• High school diploma and an Health and Safety course.
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards, including ISO systems.
• Minimum B2 level of English and fluent Romanian language.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, flexibility and a proactive approach.
