What do we need?
You will lead the charge in planning, organizing, and executing unforgettable events that captivate audiences and deliver results. From brainstorming creative concepts to managing budgets, timelines, and vendors, you'll ensure every detail shines. If youre a dynamic multitasker with a flair for problem-solving and a passion for bringing bold ideas to life, this role is your stage to shine!
What you will do?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Gather client requirements and provide a structured debrief to the internal team.
• Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, assess costs, and manage the budget to align with the project brief, supporting the sales team in generating accurate quotations.
• Develop and implement proposal operations while ensuring compliance with the allocated budget.
• Present proposals to clients, address operational inquiries, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Allocate financial resources to teams and coordinate advance payment requests.
• Prepare comprehensive operational briefs and essential on-site documentation.
• Lead and oversee the on-ground team to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise event operations and ensure all aspects are successfully implemented.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compile and present a detailed post-event summary report.
  

What you will need?

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 year of experience in event planning and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English at a business level
• High energy, strong responsibility, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive learning mindset.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to non-standard working hours.
