Purpose & Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Mobility & Specialties Business Unit, ensuring alignment with NEVEON’s group strategy and targets
- Drive strategic initiatives to deliver sustainable sales growth and increased profitability
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the BU Mobility & Specialties
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for a team of senior managers
- Motivate, inspire, and develop leaders and teams across the BU to foster high performance, engagement, and a collaborative culture
- Serve as a C-level leader and active member of the NEVEON Executive Committee (EXCO)
Required Competences & Skills
- Educational background: University degree in economics or technical disciplines
- Leadership experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a relevant industrial sector
- Track record: Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability
- Change agent: Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and change
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and sound decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels
- Proficient in navigating complex regulatory environments
- Commercially minded, results-oriented, and service-driven
- Languages: Fluent in English and German are an advantage
