What is the role about?

• Coordinates ensuring compliance with the rules in force for the use of railways and safety of railways;
• Ensures the technical conditions for the proper functioning of the railway infrastructure..

Your tasks

• Participates in reception or decommissioning committees for the railway within the Petrobrazi refinery.
• Is part of the committees investigating incidents/accidents that occur on the railway.
• Prepares the investigation report for railway incidents in the Petrobrazi refinery, according to HG 117/2010, when at the workplace.
• Prepares notifications in SAP for railway lines owned by OMV Petrom SA in the Petrobrazi Refinery and Brazi Station (Group A and Group B).
• Participates in the reception of works executed by service companies for railway lines and confirms them from a Safety and Compliance (SC) perspective.
• Analyzes service companies' offers in the railway field from an SC perspective.
• Monitors the contract concluded with CNCFR Bucharest Regional Branch, regarding the constant component and processes the related invoices for both the Petrobrazi Refinery and the railway lines in Brazi Station.
• Prepares and monitors the contract concluded with GasPeco L&D, regarding the constant component and requests invoice issuance for the operation of the Petrobrazi railway line.
• Prepares and monitors the contract concluded with Rail Logistic, regarding the constant component and requests invoice issuance for the operation of the Petrobrazi railway line.
• Prepares and monitors the contract concluded with GFR, regarding the constant component and requests invoice issuance for the operation of the Petrobrazi railway line.
• Fulfills all responsibilities of the Railway Traffic Safety Officer, according to HG 2299/2004.
• Verifies and monitors the validity of AFER authorizations, agreements, and certifications for railway line maintenance and related shunting operations, according to the Technical Regulations for Railway Line Operation and the Railway Line Operating Authorizations for OMV Petrom Petrobrazi Work Point, OMV Petrom Petrobrazi Work Point Group A, and OMV Petrom Petrobrazi Work Point Group B in Brazi Station, for the purpose of updating them;
• Updates RTEs and AEs following any changes;
• Prepares documentation for obtaining the biennial endorsement on the Railway Line Operating Authorization;
• Prepares documentation for commissioning railway lines following modernizations to the railway line system of OMV Petrom Petrobrazi;
• Prepares work permits specific to the job responsibilities.
• Plans recertifications according to legal requirements;
• Proposes the planning of repair and maintenance works for the refinery's railway infrastructure;
• Plans the execution of repairs according to the established budget;
• Plans the necessary training for personnel certification and qualification according to legal requirements.

Your profile

• Education / Studii: Bachelor / diploma de Licenta
• Subject of education / Domeniu studii: Tehnic
• Relevant professional experience: Experience in logistics - min. 3 years;.
• Advanced knowledge for short term planning and scheduling tools;
• Comprehensive knowledge of railway technical and commercial operation legislation (CFR instructions, current AFER regulations and legislation, etc.).
• Thorough understanding of AFER legislation regarding the repair and maintenance of railway infrastructure.
• Familiarity with current procedures and regulations.
• Certified Railway Traffic Safety Officer.
• Proficiency in English: intermediate level.
• Valid driving license: category B
