Facility Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager to take full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our facilities and technical infrastructure. This role is key in ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations within a modern and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings and all associated technical equipment
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, cleaning services, safety measures, and external service providers
• Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Environmental Protection, Health and Safety (EHS) and fire prevention standards
• Plan, monitor, and control the facility services budget to ensure cost efficiency
• Implement energy management initiatives and actively promote sustainability concepts
• Support reconstruction projects, new construction, and site development activities
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits and inspections

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in facility maintenance within industrial manufacturing and/or logistics environments
• Solid expertise and qualifications in Environmental Protection, Health and Safety (EHS)
• Strong collaboration network with local authorities and facility management service providers
• Experience in supporting and coordinating audits and regulatory inspections
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Fluency in English
