Your role

• Oversee and coordinate operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and events.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Optimize operational workflows and implement internal procedures.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the F&B team.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and performance KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and handle feedback proactively.
• Support the development of menus, promotions, and revenue-driving strategies.

What Do You Bring To Your Trip

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP standards and F&B operational procedures.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English (additional languages are an advantage).
