About Earthworm
Earthworm is a group of people who believes we can solve the big issues affecting people and nature today. We work in global supply chains impacting millions of people and places around the world to make the products we buy. We work on the ground, in forests, fields and factories, helping companies, farmers and communities find practical solutions together. And we know that, ultimately, trust and positive changes comes from people getting to work together, hands in the soil.
Your Role
As a Field Project Manager (engaged via a local employment partner), you will play a key role in transforming agricultural systems toward regenerative practices. Working at the intersection of farmers, cooperatives, and agri-food stakeholders, you will drive impactful field programs that restore soil health, enhance biodiversity, and improve farmer livelihoods. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead end-to-end field implementation of regenerative agriculture programs, translating farm diagnostics into practical, locally adapted solutions and delivering against clear KPIs.
- Manage multi-stakeholder projects with farmers, cooperatives, and agri-food partners to scale regenerative practices and drive measurable impact.
- Provide hands-on agronomic expertise (soil health, biodiversity, climate resilience) and turn data into actionable insights for field teams and partners.
- Design and deliver training programs, including “train-the-trainer” approaches, to build capacity across farmers and advisors.
- Support development of monitoring and performance frameworks (e.g., MRV) to track outcomes and continuously improve programs.
- Represent the organization in external engagements, inspiring stakeholders through workshops, events, and partnerships.
Your Profile
Impact-driven agronomist with strong field experience in Spain, combining technical expertise (soil, biodiversity, regenerative practices) with a solid understanding of agricultural value chains. A collaborative and strategic project manager, you engage diverse stakeholders with ease and turn complex challenges into practical solutions. Proactive, hands-on, and purpose-led, you are motivated to drive meaningful change for people and the planet.

- Experience: 3 years minimum Language(s): Spanish & English
