Vestas Eastern Europe and Central Europe is a Sales Business Unit covering Eastern Europe countries including Romania. We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We work to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas Central Europe the best place to work.

Responsibilities

Oversee technicians’ work to ensure maintenance, repair quality, and compliance with safety and operational procedures
Resolve technical issues, diagnose problems, and support major repairs, retrofits, and special maintenance tasks
Ensure execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and promote the use of predictive maintenance tools
Monitor technician performance, control costs, and analyze workload and planning effectiveness
Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical Support, P&C, and Safety
Prepare and deliver briefings on maintenance performance, operational status, and safety topics
Identify issues, propose corrective actions, and support continuous improvement activities
Provide guidance, training, and skill development support to employees while maintaining positive working relationships.

Qualifications

Recommended to have knowledge of and teaching experience with troubleshooting techniques, including use of schematic drawings and interpretations
