We are seeking Industrial Financial Controller to join our team, operating in the automotive sector in Aricestii Rahtivani, Prahova.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, analyzing, and monitoring production costs to optimize the financial performance of industrial operations.

You will work closely with operations teams to ensure accurate data, implement corrective actions, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. You will play a key role in budgeting, cost control, reporting, and supporting plant management to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial closing processes for industrial operations
• Analyze variances between actual costs and budgets, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Provide detailed cost analysis (production, materials, labor, overhead) and ensure accurate product costing
• Implement and maintain management control tools for industrial activities
• Monitor key plant KPIs (OEE, productivity, scrap rate, inventory turnover)
• Support CAPEX tracking, ROI analysis, and investment decisions
• Act as finance business partner to plant managers and operations teams, challenging operational performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Support pricing decisions, profitability analysis, and cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards (financial, sales, and operational reviews)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory reporting
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production processes and cost management
• Support audits and internal control reviews
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies, including reporting any governance issues

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial management control, production finance, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, production costs, and financial performance metrics
• Proficiency in ERP tools (preferably SAP), advanced Excel, and reporting software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and team-oriented mindset
