Shift Time: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Flexible), 40 hours per week, 100% On-Site

• Experience: 3+ years of strong analytical experience in financial planning, business analysis

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, cost, profitability, and trend analysis
• Identify key financial performance drivers and provide insights to support decision-making

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy in financial projections

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies

Workflow & Operational Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction
• Analyze operational data to optimize resource allocation and streamline workflows

Financial Modeling:

• Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decision-making
• Evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives and recommend optimization strategies

Performance Measurement:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial health and operational performance
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and communicate results

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and provide insights into business operations
• Support management in making informed decisions to drive operational excellence

Skills That Will Help You Excel:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, especially Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with PLN, HFM, SAP, SQL, or similar tools
• Comfort with large datasets and presenting findings to senior management
• Fluency with standard finance systems (Oracle, Hyperion, CMR, SAP, SQL, Smartview)
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for operational change and system enhancements
