We are currently looking for a new member in our Controlling team in Sibiu, within the Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division by bringing on a Controlling Professional.

Financial Controller
The new role - challenging and future-oriented

• Reports to the controlling manager monthly analysis, collaboration with various departments, ad hoc tasks.
• Checks and approves purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures. Ensures that correct accounting accounts and cost centers are used.
• Manages fixed assets and investments. Calculates return on investment. Coordinates fixed assets physical inventory.
• Conducts month closing activities, data analysis, and prepares financial reports in compliance with company requirements.
• Verifies accounting records and ensures compliance with current accounting regulations.
• Performs controlling activities related to cost reduction, analysis of deviations from planned/forecasted costs, and cost estimations.
• Evaluates the financial impact of production-related processes.
• Calculates product pricing and analyzes deviations between standard production costs and actual production costs.
• Participates in the annual stock taking.
• Prepares information for financial audits and transfer pricing documentation and other internal controls.
• Prepares the requested statistical reports.
• Actively participates in improvement actions and projects within the department and the organization.
  

Qualifications - Solid And Relevant

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling and financial-accounting activities.
• Intermediate level English language proficiency.
• Strong organizational and activity planning skills, with analytical thinking, attention to details.
• SAP operation knowledge as well as strong MS Excel skills.
