In This Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic team member to join our finance team in Romania. You will be developed into a future finance professional who can take ownership of financial processes and support our Romanian branches. This role is designed for someone with ambition and potential - someone who is eager to learn, grow, and step into a key role within the Support Team.
You will work closely with our European Finance and Support Teams, learning how our processes operate across multiple branches. From day one, you will receive hands on guidance, be exposed to meaningful responsibilities, and have the chance to contribute to improvements within our fast growing business.
What We Expect From You

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and high level Excel skills;
• A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Knowledge of accounting regulations (RJ);
• Affinity with financial processes, data, and systems;
• Excellent English and Romanian communication skills;
• Proactive, hands on approach and willingness to learn fast;
• Ownership-driven mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Curious, ambitious, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement;
• Flexible, resilient, and comfortable in a dynamic, international environment.
  

As part of your development, you will take part in a wide variety of projects that support the growth of our European business, for example:

• Implementation and optimization of Business Intelligence (BI) tools;
• Improving invoicing and collection flows;
• Supporting financial control and analysis across European branches;
• Creating and improving control reports using BI solutions;
• Participating in improvement initiatives across multiple teams and countries.
