Reporting to the FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Forecasting, Monthly and Quarterly business review, Annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan with monthly expenses. 
• Work with commercial team to present material proformas, quotes,  pricing & other proposals to enhancing profitability.
• Develop and continually improve operating plans, financial projections  and forecasting. 
• Support commercial leadership to meet divisional finance reporting and analysis requirements.
• Drive incentive plans for the Group and co-ordinate the sales incentive/compensation administration process with the Compensation Analyst. 
• Prepare and present business performance analysis highlighting customer, market, industry segment trends for product lines and territories.
• Consolidate trend and variance analysis from the FP&A team and provide insights and modelling to support business decision making.
• Develop of benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement.
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
