Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Pitești.

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and professional at all times.

The role also includes handling administrative tasks, responding to guest inquiries, processing payments, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with brand standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist guests professionally and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing calls and reservations in a courteous manner
  • Basic administrative and clerical skills, including document organization and data entry
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, professional attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in using office management systems and standard computer applications
  • Professional level of Romanian language (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • High school diploma / Romanian Baccalaureate Diploma required
