Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional accounting duties, involving the review of source documents used for accounting, maintenance of ledgers, registers or other records and preparation of periodic and specific financial reports in line with international accounting standards, local accounting regulations and internal procedures;
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;
• Check if the accounting documents are according to the legal requirements, internal procedures and solve the inconsistencies;
• Bookkeeping using SAP system, the data related to General Ledger (accruals, provisions, cost allocation, expense/revenue accounts closing);
• Monthly Accounts Reconciliation and documentation for financial audit;
• Maintaining historical records;
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports;
• Preparing fluctuation analysis for Balance Sheet and Profit&Loss items;
• Support for preparing the local and group financial reporting (Balance Sheet and Profit&Loss, Notes Package, Cash-flow statement, Equity);
• Preparing taxes or gathering tax documents;
• Coordinating Internal Control and risk assessment process for Finance area;
• Supporting the Auditor, Controller and other financial professionals in their duties as needed.
  

Your Qualifications:

• University degree (eg. Economics, Finance & Banking);
• Relevant professional experience in the economical area – General Ledger preferably;
• English – advanced language skills;
• MS Office – advanced;
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
