Our queue provides solutions for both in-scope and out-of-scope issues, supporting customers whose Technical Support or Service Contract has expired, as well as customers who experience out-of-scope hardware or software issues while their system is still under warranty.
Job Skills:

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers and applications
• Support environments based on Windows Server, Linux, and VMware
• Handle installation, configuration, performance, and product usage requests
• Verify warranty eligibility and determine the necessary actions
• Manage and monitor support tickets until full resolution
• Keep customers informed throughout the troubleshooting process
• Support escalation cases and collaborate with internal teams
• Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards
