YOUR TASKS

• Drive logistics performance management through KPI monitoring and steering activities, regular reviews with plants and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and support operational logistics activities between plants, logistics hubs, suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
• Identify potential and drive process harmonization, digitalization, and standardization initiatives across the logistics network
• Support demand planning and forecasting alignment, including escalation management for demand fluctuations and backlog situations
• Coordinate operational excellence, governance, and compliance initiatives while ensuring adherence to Health & Safety requirements across the logistics network
• Develop complex analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and supply chain optimization
• Support transportation management activities, sourcing initiatives, tenders, escalations and other forwarder-related projects
• Support crisis management and cross-functional task forces for supply chain disruptions and customer escalations
  

Your Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Supply chain processes, preferable in automotive industry
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SAP, Data Warehouse systems, Excel, Power Query, SAC and reporting tools
• Experience in logistics performance management, process improvement, and global project management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
