Your challenge

• Set up roadmaps and follow up to further develop our foaming units.
• Monitor and improve our Operations KPIs with methods such as Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, Six Sigma, … and initiate corrective actions if needed
• Project Management: manage site or group projects within defined scope of responsibility (e.g. investments, process data gathering, reporting, …).
• Work closely & Influence factors impacting operational efficiency such as supplier quality, product portfolio and product lead times
• Drive knowledge sharing across production sites through regular on-site collaboration.
• Report and comment on project progress and deviations across the Group.
  

Your Profile

• Several years of hands-on operational experience, ideally in PU foam industry.
• A degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering or a similar field is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Management and/or Six Sigma.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment
