We are looking for an Accounting Office Manager in the automotive field.

• Business Acumen – deep understanding of manufacturing economics, cost drivers, and value chain impacts on profitability.

• System Fluency – solid command of ERP and controlling systems (SAP ,BI, Info Expert accounting reporting tools and proficiency in data analytics and reporting technologies.

Profile Requirements

• Education – degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering with a finance focus.
• Experience – 3–5 years in controlling, cost accounting, or financial planning, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments. Prior leadership of a controlling or finance team is essential.
• Technical Expertise – advanced cost accounting, product costing, budget control, investment analysis, and performance management; IFRS/GAAP understanding.
• Interpersonal Skills – collaborative, persuasive, and able to challenge operations constructively; strong stakeholder management with production, supply chain, and corporate finance.
• Language – fluent in English /Spanish .
• Personal Traits – integrity, resilience, continuous improvement mindset, and capacity to balance detail orientation with strategic oversight.
