We are an AI-driven music research startup building at the intersection of technology and creativity. Our company is incorporated in Delaware, US, with a core team based in Warsaw.
We’re looking for a Head of Finance & Operations to take full ownership of financial management and operational infrastructure as we scale.
You will be responsible for building and running the company’s financial and operational backbone. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves and build role - you will be executing, not delegating.
What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and runway modeling
• Maintain full visibility over cash position and support strategic decision-making
• Oversee US GAAP accounting processes (with automated bookkeeping in place)
• Manage Delaware corporate matters, including:
  • SAFEs and side letters
  • Equity plans
  • Board consents
  • M&A-related documentation
  • Coordination with external legal counsel
• Coordinate cross-border tax matters and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
• Oversee global people operations:
  • Contractor and payroll management via Deel
  • Multi-jurisdiction employment setup
  • Partner with local providers in Poland on employment and work authorization processes
• Manage operational infrastructure:
  • Oversee expense management (Revolut Business, Brex)
  • Develop and continuously improve internal processes and automation
    

We Expect to See

• 3–7 years of experience in finance and/or operations
• Experience in a US-incorporated and/or VC-backed startup environment
• Hands-on experience with:
  • US GAAP
  • Financial planning and modeling
  • Delaware corporate structures and documentation
  • Multi-jurisdiction payroll and contractor management
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• High level of ownership and ability to operate independently
• Willingness to take a hands-on, execution-focused role
