Responsabilities:

Coordination of employees within the department;

Drawing up the job requirements sheet for subordinate
staff, specifying the duties, responsibilities and conditions to be fulfilled
by the person occupying the post;

Trains subordinate staff in accordance with the Internal
Rules and Regulations;
·      
Document and ensure the optimal operation of equipment;
·      
Training, evaluating, coordinating and organizing the
team, developing and implementing professional development measures;
·      
KPI management: defining, tracking and ensuring the
achievement of maintenance performance indicators;
·      
Regularly monitor the production flow, identify
inconsistencies, analyse the causes, and order corrective measures;
·      
Postpones and replaces orders, corrects and adjusts
material availability;
·      
Requests delivery according to planned deadlines,
warehouse stocks and production schedule;
·      
Continuously checks availability of orders against
existing capacity and stock;
·      
Requests production lead times from suppliers taking into
account material availability as well as existing capacities;
·      
Decides together with the specialist departments on
orders that cannot be executed (e.g. due to lack of materials and capacity),
and possibly proposes alternatives.
·      
Definition, implementation and follow-up of investment
projects and optimizations;
·      
Permanent promotion of the continuous improvement process
(MVP) at the workplace.
 
Profile:
·      
Technical drawing knowledge, quality;
·      
SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement
System Analysis);
·      
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning);
·      
PPAP (Production Plan Approval Process);
·      
FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analyses);
·      
Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why;
·      
Higher technical studies: automation, electronics,
electrical engineering, mechanics;
·      
Advanced English;
·      
German is an advantage;
·      
Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage;
·      
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
·      
Very good coordination, interpersonal and communication
skills;
